Spring Baby Remembrance Service 2026

You are warmly invited by Royal United Hospital (RUH)  Spiritual Care Team and Bath Sands to our Spring Baby Remembrance Service

Saturday 13th June 2026 at 1pm at the Hilltop Chapel, Haycombe Cemetery , Whiteway Road, Bath, BA2 2RQ.
 

This service is for anyone affected by the loss of a baby. 
There will be readings, music and an Act of Remembrance for our special babies where you will be able to write the names of your babies onto a butterfly and light a candle in their memory.

Refreshments will be served either in the Hilltop Chapel or at the Sands Garden in Haycombe Cemetery, depending on the weather.

There will be an opportunity to plant some small plants in the garden if you wish. The Garden is a 10-minute walk from the Chapel.

If you are able to and would like to attend, please let us know by using the QR code in the attachment below. We are happy to write baby names on the butterflies for anyone unable to attend. If you would like this, please use the QR code below for this too.
After the service, the butterflies will be displayed on the Prayer Tree in The Spiritual Care Centre, or if you wish, you may take your butterfly home with you.
